Bishop’s Stortford Aqua Yoga was one of the first areas nationwide to offer Aqua Yoga.
In October 2002 Sarah Paul trained within Birthlight and pioneered these new classes at Bishop’s Stortford Collage.
Sarah lives in Bishop’s Stortford, with her husband and three children. She has trained through Birthlight to become a fully qualified Aqua Yoga instructor and has also completed her training as a Birthlight baby swimming instructor.
In 2006, Lucy Redford trained as a Birthlight Aqua Yoga instructor.
Lucy is also a qualified swimming instructor through the ASA and has been teaching swimming for all ages for over 6 years. She lives near Bishop’s Stortford with her husband and son.
